We offer a studio condo at the Terrasol Beach complex in Cabo San Lucas and a one bedroom oceanfront condo at Mira Vista on Cabo's best surf beach, zipper's surf break in San Jose del Cabo. Our Cabo San Lucas condo will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children. Our San Jose del Cabo Condo will accommodate up to 4 persons.
Please note that there is a charge of $20 per condo for arrival and departure cleaning. Terrasol Cabo also charges a $15 fee per day to all guests to cover union-mandated gratuities. There are no additional charges. Rates range from $140-$200 per night and accommodation is based upon space availability. Generally speaking, these condos are fully booking during the Christmas/New Year period and also durin the Months of February and March.

Ideally located on Solmar beach, the Terrasol Beach Resort is just a 10 minute stroll from downtown Cabo San Lucas and yet is an oasis of tranquility and calm. Nestled between the Solmar and the Playa Grande Resort - both bustling time share resorts, Terrasol is the only full-ownership resort on Solmar Beach and the grounds, pool areas, lobby and individually decorated suites reflect pride of ownership.
Delfin 215 Terrasol Cabo San Lucas is a spacious studio with a full kitchen, dining area, color cable TV via satellite and direct dial phone. On the Northern side of the resort facing Solmar, this condo enjoys a spectacular unobstructed ocean view.
This newly refurbished condo is beautifully decorated and has a partition/book shelf separating the living area from the bedroom.
Close to the main pool and the front of the resort in Phase I, Delfin 215 is conveniently located and will comfortably accommodate 3 persons.
With a private balcony overlooking the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen bed and full size sofa, Terrasol # 215 will comfortably accommodate 3 persons. The combination show/mini tub and spacious bathroom has a large closet with ample supplies of linens, towels and basic supplies.
Terrasol's fully-staffed front desk is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day and the complex offers 24 hour security.
