Terrasol Cabo San Lucas is one of the most peaceful and conveniently located condominium resorts in all of Los Cabos. Just a 10 minute walk into town, close to the Marina and nestled between the Solmar and Playa Grande Resort, Terrasol is perhaps one of the few beachfront resorts which offers affordability, exceptional location and beautifully appointed suites overlooking the pacific ocean.

| Casa Johns is a beautiful one bedroom condo located at Terrasol Beach Condos. Unit#265 in the Medusa building is beautifully decorated in hues of red and blue and enjoys spectacular views of the Pacific ocean.
With a full kitchen, color cable TV via satellite, private balcony, King size bed and queen size sofa bed, Condo 265 is a perfect vacation rental.
Located in Phase II of the resort, Casa Johns has been newly refurbished.
Rates range from $140 - $200 per night plus a $15 fee to be paid daily to the front desk at Terrasol.

| All of the condos at Terrasol Cabo are individually owned and decorated. The properties we offer are thoughtfully decorated by owners who have invested in the beautiful area of Cabo San Lucas and hope you will enjoy their little piece of paradise! Please treat the condo as you would your own home away from home.

A fee of $15 per day is charged by the home owners' association to the renter. This fee is paid to the workers' union in Los Cabos and provides "tips" to the behind the scenes workers who keep the beach pristine, the pools in perfect condition and the grounds maintained in tip top condition.
Please remember that Cabo despite being on the ocean, is still a desert. Water is scarce and while Terrasol Cabo has it's own desalinization plant, water is a valuable commodity. Although water appears to be plentiful, we ask our guests to be mindful of the environment when using water and electricity.
Thoughtfulness keeps our rates low. Leaving the air conditioning on when you leave your condo or washing towels every day helps neither the environment nor our owners.
