Very few resorts in Los Cabos are fully-owned by individuals. The majority of properties are mega hotels owned by large chains or, more commonly timeshare resorts. The Terrasol in Cabo San Lucas offers the unique advantage of "pride of ownership" and each condo has been personally decorated by the owner.
Additionally, you will see your unit/location in advance of your travels so do not risk arriving at a large resort and being assigned a room overlooking a construction project!
Our studios are approximately 750 square feet. With direct dial phones, fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and spectacular ocean views, Terrasol is undoubtedly one of the finest condominium resorts in Los Cabos. Just a short stroll to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Marina, the location is perfect.
When travelling during January, February and March you are more than likely to see whales swimming close to the shore as they migrate down the Baja. To watch this from your patio is a truly remarkable experience.
